About the Role:



An innovative company is looking for a Senior Go Developer to help advance next-generation dialog agents, pushing the boundaries of collaborative and open-ended computer dialogues. These agents will span applications in education, entertainment, and general question-answering, offering an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and AI systems.



Job Responsibilities:

Review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
Lead the development cycle, setting project priorities, goals, and deadlines.
Use Go programming expertise to solve complex coding issues and optimize performance.
Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment and mentor team members.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate AI capabilities.
Analyze and refine code from team members, promoting best practices in software development.



Job Requirements:




6+ years in backend development, particularly in Go programming
Demonstrated leadership skills, preferably with experience managing a team of software engineers.
Strong knowledge of Go, with some exposure to AI systems or code-creation tools..
Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
