About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer to join our innovative team focused on developing and maintaining an advanced AI Agent-based Performance Marketing system. The ideal candidate should possess robust experience in AI/ML, distributed systems, and contemporary Python development practices.



Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Autonomous AI Agents: Build sophisticated AI agents tailored for role automation tasks.
Develop Microservices-Based Architecture: Ensure seamless communication between agents by leveraging microservices.
Create Scalable Data Processing Pipelines: Develop systems to handle real-time analytics efficiently.
Implement Machine Learning Models: Focus on models for content generation and optimization to enhance marketing strategies.
Build APIs: Design APIs for interactions between agents and integration with external systems.
Optimize System Performance: Continuously improve system performance while maintaining high code quality.



Technical Requirements:

3+ Years of Professional Python Development Experience
Strong Experience with:
Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Microservices architecture
RESTful APIs and WebSocket protocols
Message queuing systems such as Kafka or Pub/Sub
Database systems including MongoDB and PostgreSQL
Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Git for version control



Required Skills:

Advanced Python Programming: Proficient in modern Python paradigms and libraries.
AI/ML Model Deployment: Practical experience in deploying and managing AI/ML models.
