Senior HRIS Analyst

Your Role

As our Senior HRIS Analyst within our People Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the functional design and management of our core HRIS infrastructure, Workday.

In this role, you’ll:

Be the expert. You’ll ensure system readiness and highlight further areas of efficiencies and opportunities to add value.

Prioritize. You’ll balance your workload while maintaining and building solutions to manage backlogs, document processes and execute on cyclical activities.

Be a key partner. Within the People Ops team, you’ll help everyone’s processes reflect the broader system. You’ll also play a key part for the broader organization, ensuring that we’re able to gain insights and efficiencies through integrations and reporting.
