About you
? The mission of the Senior Engineering Manager is to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Referrals and Microloan engineering teams. This includes guiding engineers towards connecting engineering and product, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment between Product and Engineering goals.
