Sumo Logic is looking for a highly motivated Senior Contracts Manager to join its Legal team and report to our Director of Legal Affairs. This role focuses on negotiating and closing a variety of commercial transactions, including our customer and partner arrangements, and designing and implementing new commercial legal processes as we scale our business.
An adaptable individual who enjoys variety, collaborative conversations proposing concrete business solutions, synthesizing information from various teams, and building out infrastructure will thrive in our Legal team. We’re looking for someone with a business focus and strong problem-solving skills, who can manage multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
