Product Designer III

We're currently looking for someone to join our team in the role of Product Designer III, reporting to the SVP of Product. This role involves understanding our customers and users, designing delightful experiences for them, and collaborating closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to make those experiences available to them. We believe this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is excited to work at a fast-paced, dynamic start-up with a desire to jump in however necessary in order to provide the value of our solutions. What You'll Do:

Work closely with internal teams, such as Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and Sales, to understand customer needs and come up with creative solutions.

Perform market and user research to understand customer and market pain points and identify critical opportunities to address.
