People Business Partner Analyst

The role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level People Business Partner (PBP) to join the People team. The ideal candidate will support senior PBPs by driving data and metrics, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and providing valuable insights through data analysis

What you’ll do: 

Support PBPs in their day-to-day responsibilities, including project management and strategy execution.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR documents.

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as employee engagement, turnover rates, and performance.
