Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with deadlines, accuracy of payroll calculations, and smooth communication between departments. About your key responsibilities and impact:

Doing payroll in multiple European and CIS jurisdictions: Cyprus, Poland, Czech Republic, UK, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Moldova;

Overseeing payroll processes for the jurisdictions mentioned above;

Pre-calculating payroll and verifying the accuracy of figures provided by payroll providers;

Ensuring compliance with deadlines for payroll calculations, salary and tax payments, and report submissions;

Facilitating the timely exchange of information between departments;

Providing breakdowns of accruals for employees upon request;

Assisting the HR department with salary reviews upon request;
