ML Applications Engineer
Responsibilities
Wear different hats: Software Engineer, Controls Engineer, Data scientist, ML engineer.
Deeply understand the capabilities and tools offered by Phaidra’s internal platform.
Work with Solutions Engineers to build the right solutions for new customer applications.
Maintain customer applications after initial onboarding. Help resolve product issues, improve system configuration and ensure the timely and thorough resolution of engineering interventions.
As part of our Customer Success team, understand AI behavior as applied to customer systems, identify issues with it and implement improvements.
Build necessary tools to augment your work.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of your research, communications, and actions.
