About the Role
The Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role in DriveWealth's growth and expansion by leading the API integration of new partners, educating on new products, and identifying processes that can be automated to optimize team and partner efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Program Management: Identify and implement process improvements that maximize time efficiency for DriveWealth employees and partners. Use your strong programming knowledge to quickly implement new automation in ServiceNow, Github, and other ancillary programs
Process Optimization: Define and document repeatable processes, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, product, technology, and operations, to develop cohesive strategies that prioritize partner success and drive revenue growth
