Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Providing legal advice and guidance to the executive team and other departments.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Managing and overseeing regulatory filings, licenses, and permits.
