Job Description:

In this remote role, you will support our team of on-site Community Leads by assisting residents over the phone.  This can include conducting a resident intake & needs assessment, getting residents enrolled with Ounce, connecting them with healthcare services & scheduling appointments, and completing benefits applications.

You will work closely with our Community Leads, and represent Ounce within the community.  You’ll help to build trust and respect with residents, identify their needs, and work with our team to make sure they get access to high-quality services that promote health Apply now and work remotely at Ounce of Care
