JOB TITLE: Associate Narrative Director

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for helping to ensure excellence in storytelling by directing the work of writers on selected portions of a game project's narrative content. This role provides a critical component of the studio's mission to create games that have a positive and lasting impact on players' lives by writing compelling stories and helping lead others to do the same.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Helps drive the creative process in developing characters, plot, and key storytelling moments by working with the Creative Director, story team, and other production members • Works with Narrative Director and project leadership to help craft the narrative vision and exercises judgment and decision making to maintain it. • Helps oversee execution of the story team to ensure quality expectations are being met. • Processes feedback from multiple sources to h Apply now and work remotely at Insomniac Games
