Accounts Payable Analyst

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. This role requires availability to come to our offices once a week.

Main tasks:

- Analysis of equity and income statements. - Bank reconciliations. - Attention of external auditors. - Work on projects related to the implementation, maintenance of new accounting tools and migration of organizational structures. - Entry into the ERP of receipts/invoices and management of the Accounts Dashboard Pay. - Payment to Suppliers and attention to supplier queries/doubts.

What are we looking for? - Advanced student of Accounting or Business Administration. - 1 year experience working in the Accounts Payable area. - Advanced knowledge of Excel. - Advanced intermediate level of English. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Proactivity and desire to learn.
